How are you different from a real estate agent?

Real estate agents list properties and hope that someone will buy them. The agent shows the properties to prospective buyers and then take a percentage of the sale price if they find a buyer. Oftentimes, the agent’s commission is 3-6% of the sale price of your house (so if it’s a $100,000 house, you’ll pay between $3,000 – $6,000 in commissions to an agent).

We’re not agents, we’re home buyers. We don’t list houses. Since we’re actually the one buying the house from you, and we can pay full price… we can make a decision to buy your house within a couple days (sometimes the same day).  We make our living by taking the risk to buy the house with our own cash, repair the house, and market it ourselves to find a buyer (which is the hard part in this market).

What kind of houses do you buy?

We buy houses in any area, condition or any price range. It doesn’t matter to us if your house is in perfect like-new condition, needs a ton of work, or somewhere in-between…we can still buy your house.

What do you mean by "any condition"? What if my house needs repairs?

We will buy your house as-is! You don't need to do any more repairs!

What if I am behind on my payments or in foreclosure, can you help?

Yes, if you call or contact us now, we may be able to help catch up your back payments and stop the foreclosure process.

Can you still buy my house if I’ve already rented it out?

Yes we can!

I owe more than the home is worth, can you still help me?

No problem! You still have multiple options. We deal with homeowners in this exact situation all the time.  It is pretty common nowadays that people owe as much or in some cases more than their property is worth.  We can still provide you with multiple options if this is your situation.

What do you charge for your services?

There are NO fees or commissions when we buy your home!

Is there any obligation if I submit my information?

There is absolutely zero obligation for you. Once you tell us a bit about your property, we’ll take a look at things, maybe set up a call with you to find out a bit more, and make you an offer that’s fair for you and fair for us. From there, it’s 100% your decision on whether or not you’d like to sell your house to us… and we won’t hassle you, won’t harass you… it’s 100% your decision and we’ll let you decide what’s right for you.

If I submit your Seller Questionnaire, how long before I hear from you?

As soon as we receive your Questonnaire answers, we will review your information and get back to you ASAP (typically within 24 to 48 hours depending on when you submit the information).

However, if you don't hear back from us in a timely manner, please give us a call to be sure we received your information and that you are being taken care of right away.
